KNC offers the KVHV program to vulnerable isolated frail aged and disabled persons living in their own homes, and also supports group social inclusion programs such as Male Carers and Mens' Group Workshops, Out and About, Writer's Group, Book Club, Katoomba Film Society and Eat & Greet.
The Community Visitors' Scheme (CVS) matches community volunteers with residents of aged care facilities locally. This program is designed to provide social inclusion for persons in institutional care. CVS is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health & Ageing.
Blue Mountains Home Modification & Maintenance Service (BMHMMS) is funded jointly by the Australian Government Department of Health & Ageing and the NSW Government Department of Family Services; Ageing Disability & Home Care.
KOOSH's purpose is to create a safe, stimulating and caring environment where children can be cared for while parents/carers work or study and where children can freely choose from the program of activities.
Vale Street Program aims to provide a safe, friendly and accepting place for people in the Blue Mountains community to improve and develop their social and living skills through access to a range of structured 'Short Course' programs and groups, informal facilitated drop-in, and accessible, informal activities known as the 'Safe Space' program.
