Volunteer Home Visitors visit frail-aged people to help them remain as independent and dignified as possible in their own homes rather than moving into institutions.
The service endeavours where possible to match the needs and interests of the client/carer to the skills, likes and interests of the volunteer.

The KVHV program matches community members with volunteers to imporve their quality of life, reduce their social isolation and maintain people in their own homes and community environment as long as possible whilst safe to do so. The program is funded to provide:-
Home based volunteer programs to individuals - the program is funded for 25 volunteers to support a minimum of 25 individuals within the community
